This was the inagural trail ride for Steve's rebuilt 2004 CRF250R. He tore it apart down to the frame; had the frame powder-coated; rebuilt the engine with a 270 kit, a new head and valves, and rebuilt the crank-case. He also had his suspension redone, and put on a Kouba link. It's virtually a new bike.
